This policy explains what personal data Breathe With Joy collects through this website, why, and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible
Breathe With Joy is run by Joyce Siqueira. For any question about your data, email hello@breathewithjoy.life.
2. What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your full name, your email address, the type of session you are interested in and the content of your message. The submission date and time are recorded automatically.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of access. This is needed to deliver the website securely.
3. Why we use it
We use your contact details only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a session.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Your message is delivered by email and is not stored in a database. Your name, email address, session type and contact date are kept in our contact list so we can follow up. If you do not become a client, these details are deleted within 12 months of your last contact.
5. Who receives it
Your data is only shared with the service providers that run this website:
Hosting and contact form: Netlify, Inc., USA
Contact list: Baserow B.V., the Netherlands
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and some of the code that runs the website is loaded from unpkg.com, so your browser connects to those servers and shares your IP address with them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it (known in Mexico as ARCO rights). Just email hello@breathewithjoy.life and we will reply as soon as possible.
